REACH Haiti (RH) is a federally incorporated non-profit organization registered with Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).  Our CRA registration is #846003002RR0001.

REACH Haiti Governance

There are currently 5 directors on the Board of REACH Haiti.  4 of the 5 directors are independent of management of RH.  Board meetings are held approximately quarterly throughout the year on a schedule agreeable to all Directors.  Board meetings are formal and minutes maintained in accordance with organization objectives and regulatory requirements.

Board approval is required for all project commitments and project budgets. All RH projects are evidenced by written contracts and approved by at least 1 independent Director in addition to executive management.  All expenditures require the approval of 2 officers.

The REACH Haiti Board of Directors currently retains the following competencies relevant to our strategic vision and strong corporate governance:
